With over 25 years experience in broadcast television and the content production industry, including three start-up television channels (Star TV, MTV Philippines, Ten Sports). With 14 media industry awards under his belt, Ian is a trusted pair of hands when it comes to content production.
He’s produced a wide range of lifestyle, music and sports programming for a number of international broadcasters, as well as a variety of branded content and corporate communications for media agencies and multinational clients.
The Airstream 4 Podcast Studio represents an exciting new chapter in Ian’s career within the media industry.

Ean has over 25 years experience in media production, having played a pivotal role in MTV Networks expansion across Asia throughout the 1990’s.
Since then Ean has produced a variety of reality television shows, live broadcast shows, music festivals and branded content across the globe. These include the MTV Australia Music Awards, the first Chinese Music Awards as well as the New Years Eve firework displays in Sydney and Dubai.
More recently Ean was Head of Production for Dubai EXPO2020’s host broadcaster, Dubai TV.

With a career spanning over two decades in the media industry, Ros is an accomplished and dynamic producer with a wealth of experience. She has a proven track record of creating a broad spectrum of programmes for some of the UK's most prestigious networks including ITV, Channel 4, and the BBC.
Starting her career in Hong Kong, Ros worked with reputable names such as TVB's Pearl Channel and MTV Asia, where she gained extensive experience by traveling across South East Asia with MTV’s flagship show ‘On The Road’. After returning to the UK, she has produced a diverse range of programmes, ranging from current affairs to factual entertainment and popular factual programming.
Her creativity, versatility, and outstanding research skills make her an invaluable member of the Airstream 4 team.
